After Sales Services

The Tuscan Atelier, Leone Menichini also performs in-house services and operations for modification, polishing or repairs on all of our timepieces.

Recommended check-ups

We recommend a service check-up every three years at our authorized service center. During servicing, we monitor and insure the chronometric performance and functions as well as the state of water-resistance and magnetization.

Leone Menichini Atelier’s internal expert watchmakers disassemble and clean the case, checking the movement and replacing any damaged components. This service guarantees the water resistance of the watch and offers warranty coverage for the replaced components.

Polishing

All case and bracelet parts showing signs of wear are systematically replaced. The case and the clasp are polished with extreme care to respect the original design: polished, brushed, sandblasted and satin finished by hand. 5 Step mechanical maintenance

The Leone Menichini Atelier watchmaking team carries out mechanical maintenance:

  1. Watch opening, removal and disassembly of the movement
  2. Detailed examination of the movement components which are meticulously analyzed, and replaced if they show signs of wear or if they risk compromising the proper functioning of the mechanism
  3. Washing movement components: each component is placed in anti-scratch containers for ultrasonic cleaning in order to degrease and clean them completely
  4. Lubrication and reassembly of the washed components
  5. Test: The mechanism runs for 24 hours to be adjusted to the manufacturing standards
